Initiate Your Request
Log into your PzDeals account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization Number inside the parcel.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
